Saikat Podder
CEO & Founder
Saikat is a visionary entrepreneurial Consulting Leader who brings over 20+ years of experience advising CXO and clients on business models, digital re-invention strategies, venture incubation, process & experience transformation, implementation delivery in SE Asia, US, UK & Australia.
Having held multiple leadership roles at global consulting firms like IBM Consulting, Virtusa, and Cognizant, he has advised and learnt from a global network of CXO stakeholders in Fortune 500 clients. Saikat doesn’t just advise on growth; he builds the technical and product capabilities to drive it. As a trusted advisor to multiple Fortune 500 clients, Saikat has orchestrated many highly complex business transformation initiatives.
Saikat founded DeepSeed Ventures to bring this Fortune 500-level execution experience to directly power high-growth startups and SME businesses. Saikat has an MBA from the Indian School of Business, MSc from the Warwick Business School, and B.Eng. from Regional Engineering College, Durgapur, India.
Johnny Konstantinou
Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Johnny is an entrepreneurially minded transformation leader with 25 years of experience turning strategic vision into market reality. Throughout his career, he has built a formidable global network of partnerships, specializing in designing end-to-end operational models that rapidly accelerate growth for complex organizations.
His track record of scaling Fortune 500-level operations is massive. He has orchestrated digital transformations across 27 business units at ANZ Bank and directed a $40 million global CRM platform rollout for Standard Chartered across highly regulated markets like the US and China.
Johnny acts as DeepSeed’s crucial bridge to execution. He actively leverages his deep industry ecosystem, including his leadership at ScaleUp Technologies, to connect incubated ventures with the high-tier, scalable delivery teams they need to thrive. Johnny is the operational powerhouse who ensures emerging businesses don't just launch, they scale.
